Goo & Co are probably busy drafting an explanation of what happened, but here's a brief rundown.
There were far too many of us for the courtroom, which was probably 75% full already with people and "real" crimes, so we hung out outside the room until we were called in, maybe at 11am or so. We then stood along two walls of the court room and listened to the procedings. No IDs were checked, no attendence by the court was taken. It didn't seem like any of us actually had to show up.
The prosecutors had filed "responses" for most of us, whatever that means. For those that it didn't, the city was told to get them done in a week.
We were then offered ACDs. No one along the walls said yes. The judge, wanting to make sure we were all clear on that said "No one in this room wants an ACD?" Then some regular criminals sitting down raised their hands. There was laughter. Good times.
But because no one took the ACDs, we all have to show up on July 6th for TRIALS!
EXCITEMENT! |

| Thanks for the update! No ACDs, eh - freaked out the judge, no doubt. |

You couldn't script a moment any better than that! People on the GRoup W Bench raising their hands to get the ACD!
So good. |
